This course e xamines the role of Mississippi real estate brokers\, and the responsibili ties required in the supervision of licensees\, representation of customer s and clients\, obligations of competency\, and their relationship to comp eting brokers. Students will examine best practices\, risk management\, li censee training and oversight\, office procedures\, and how to be better i nvolved in their community to display excellence. The course will include interactive discussion\, and students will obtain tangible tools to assist in working professionally while representing consumers.
